About Us
First dog came into our family when I was 16 years old, tricolour shetland sheepdog bitch Nadisan Gipsy Gyeen (Cilla). When I was 18 I moved away from home but Cilla lived a long life as the pet of my mother and father.

My and my husbend's first "child" moved to us in 1986, sable sheltie bitch Old Lady Mira. After that our human children were born, in 1987, 1988 and 1991.
Mira was a great familydog with a lovely temperament, loyal sheperd to our children. In 1988 we went to dog show in Turku, our hometown at the time, but Dogshows didn't wake a great intrest in me then.

When Mira was eight years old, we started to think of getting another dog as a friend for Mira.
In autumn 1994 we had a blue merle collie from kennel Zinnia's. That puppy was Zinnia's Almost Too Good (Roosa).
Mira and Roosa became inseparable friends untill Mira's death. It felt like Roosa did bring more years and joy of live for Mira. Mira was 12 years old when she left to the dog's heaven.
We didn't do anything special with Roosa, we just lived normal familylive and took long walks. Roosa was also amazing of playing football with our boys!
In february 2004 we suddenly lost Roosa to Addison's diseases crise stage, when she was little under 10 years old.

Suddenly there was a time in our family, when we lived without dog first time in almoust twenty years. It felt like that everything was stopped. We didn't know how do go out without a dog, it just felt like something
very important was missing.
While I was still grieving I started to look dogs from the internet and I knew that I wanted another dog as rabbitly as possible.
I took contact to various breeders and even made my self familiar with another breeds. But I knew that we would have a collie, when I would find a suitable puppy for us
So five weeks after Roosa's death we were heading to Virta's to get a sable bitch puppy. Our new familymember was Droplet’s Jodie Foster (Milla).
Milla was not an easy puppy. I have had very energetic and hard-headed dog, so I needed to figure out something to do with her. We went to the local dog training events to learn some obedience. I singed Milla on to the
puppy show from a recommendation of Millas littermate's owner. Thats how I started to get interested in dogshows. We had to let Milla to the rainbowbridge in September 2010.

In the end of that very year, 7 months old co-owned bitch moved to us from kennel Siniketun, tricolour Siniketun Nightwish (Luna).
Milla's and Luna's shared life started well, when Milla took her place as a leader. We kept participating to dogshows with Milla with a variable succes, while Luna visited shows in Baltic countries with her breeder Taru.

In 2005 Siniketun Koh-I-Noor (Noora) moved to us. When I saw the picture of Noora at Taru's homepages I knew that I wanted that beautiful blue puppy.
We have also visited some shows with Noora but unfortunately Noora doesn't like show situations and doesn't want to show herself.

When Luna's breeder Taru started to think Luna's second litter, I wanted so hard to try how it was to be a breeder. In August 2008 Luna gave birth to her litter at home, and I was responsible of taking care of those puppies.
There was one tricolour bitch, two tricolour dogs and blue merle dog in that litter. This litter ( Kide, Rico, Milo and Luca)
will always have special place in my heart and memories. I also have a breeding right to Lunas daughter Siniketun Wish Me Luck (Kide).

When Luna's puppies were three weeks old, moved co-owned bitch Zinnia's Midsummers Dream (Jade) to us. I had already been waiting some time blue merle bitch to born to kennel Zinnia's and so that dream also came true. I have had a little piece of Roosa back in Jade. Jade is very kind and everybody's friend among our dogs.

After hole summer 2009 emailing and thinking I traveled to Bristol in the end of August 2009. From that trip I bring home blue merle bitch, our lovely Dina (Rossavon Polka Dot).

Our dogs live with us in our everyday live and they are familymembers to us. Dog shows are just a nice hobby. Part of our days are walks in forest when our dogs are allowed to enjoy for free exercise.
I would like to thank Merja, kennel Zinnia's for Roosa, the collie of my life and our young hope Jade. And also from numerous advices and guidance. Especially advices about feeding of dogs have been very useful.
Taru, kennel Siniketun from Luna and Noora, and from all advices and guidances. And from the trust and a chance that you gave me for letting Luna's puppies to born in our home.
Silja, kennel Droplet’s, for our little rascal Milla, who eventually grew to be that wise Lassie.
Ros, kennel Rossavon, for the adventure of my life and your hospitality during my trip. And of course for Dina!
I have accomplished Finnish Kennel Clubs breeder's basic course in spring 2007. Affix Serasecret was conceted to me in March 2009. I'm the member of Finnish Kennel Club and Finnish Collie Association.
First Serasecret litter was born in the end on February 2010, thank you Anita Muuronen, kennel Roxier's for all your help and support! As a new breeder I'm hoping to be able to breed collies that meet their standart with appearance and temperament, without despising healt.
